By becoming a member of the Northern Lens Camera Club, you agree to uphold the values of respect, creativity, and community. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner during all club activities, both online and in person.

Membership fees, where applicable, must be paid in full and on time to maintain active status. Participation in workshops, outings, and events may require additional costs, which will be communicated in advance.

All photographs shared within the club remain the property of the photographer. By submitting images for exhibitions, contests, or publications, members grant the club permission to display or publish them for promotional and educational purposes, with proper credit given.

The club reserves the right to revoke membership if a member engages in behavior that is disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful to the community. By joining, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of your commitment to fostering a supportive and inspiring environment for all.
